Von Gray and Sam Giuoco have known each other since high school. Three decades later, they found themselves at the intersection of two worlds: one leading one of the most complex clinical workflows in medicine, the other having spent 25 years building software at technology companies.
The problem was obvious to Von — every anesthesiologist knows how much time disappears into the chart before a case, and how much critical information still gets missed. The solution required someone who understood what it took to build it reliably, securely, and at clinical scale. They built Procedo Health together.
The result is a product shaped equally by what clinicians actually need and what modern software can actually do — not a compromise between the two.
